The Story Behind ‘The Kid On The Bus’:
I moved to LA at age 21 from Massachusetts, to attend music school. I was the Kid on the Bus, brand new to a city that might as well have been another country. What followed was the best 9 years of my life; from starting music school having no idea how to actually play music (I started playing music at 20), to some insane late nights in Hollywood, working at one of the premiere recording studios in the world (Westlake Studios), installing a sound system in Prince's house (really), playing in bands, quitting bands, and starting my own project. DUX.

DUX was born from all those experiences, and all those experiences are what led me to leave LA when I knew it was the right time. A place I love so much, but a place I knew I had to leave...but that's a story for another day - so check back in tomorrow!
