I always try to write music from the heart - and to express whatever I’m feeling - which I guess for me usually comes out in the form of some dancey electronic music, usually soaked in crazy synth tones…

Who is DUX? And what is alien funk??

DUX is me - Jonah! I write and record music with a rotating cast of amazing collaborators out of my home studio in Portland, OR.

Alien funk is my own special blend of synth heavy, groove-based music! If you like a good head nod, a good toe tap to some out of this world synth jams… alien funk might just be for you!
